Marathon #25

Been there; got the t-shirt and the medal. In my 20 years of running, I must admit that aging does take a toll. Although today was my best time in nearly ten years (4:24) there is no escaping the fact that my times will never be what they were 20 years ago. Regardless, a marathon is still a great challenge and very satisfying when completed. Despite the rain, it was a scenic run, lots of crowd support, and best of all, I didn't have any aches and pains along the way. Makes me want to start planning for another one..........
