Veneer

I'm happy to say that Veneer is finally printed and for sale. It is not available on-line yet, and Oprah has not called either. It is available at Book City in the Beach though. The story line is:
"How well do you ever know a person? Erin Daly thought she knew her parents as well as anyone. After their untimely death, she finds a photo of her mother with an unknown man. Deteermined to understand more, she hires Walter Osborne to untangle the truth. With little to go on, he follows a trail that leads to Mexico, Switzerland and Venice. As the truth emerges he finds himself in the middle of a deadly bribery scandal with millions of dollars at stake. The pursuer himself now becomes the pursued. In the process, Osborne and Daly are forced to question where the truth of a perosn lies: in the hidden underpainting, or the veneer presented to the world?"
