Ten years ago I started a project called Picture of the Day. With my new little digital Canon Elph the goal was to take a picture every day for a year. I managed to do that and when the year was over, I created a book for friends and family. Now ten years later, I thought I would do it again if no other reason than just to find an excuse to take pictures and document some moments in my life. It should be an interesting comparison between then and now. In the intervening ten years much has changed in technology, especially digital cameras. Ten years ago, I was still working, and digital photography was in its infancy. Blogs were almost unheard of. Since then, an information revolution has taken place, and any posting can be seen around the world in a heartbeat.
