Oma's Potato Salad

Thanksgiving wouldn't be the same in our household if we didn't make Oma's wonderful potato salad. Fortunately Allison has duplicated the recipe which was difficult to get from Oma when she was alive. All the measurements were vague - like: three times around the bowl with the salt, or twice around with the maggi. And oddly enough, she seemed to make it differently each time, yet it always tasted the same. And we always pigged out then, as we do now.
