These two pictures are taken exactly 10 years apart. The Eastern portion of the Gardiner Expressway was being torn down, a process which took almost a year in itself. The transformation in the neighbourhood has been dramatic. More shopping, amenities, and best of all, a dedicated bike/recreational trail. Note that the pillars holding the on-ramp were retained as a reminder.
