Comfort Station

Many visitors to the Art Show bring their dogs. In this neighbourhood the dogs tend to be smaller, whereas in the Beach they are usually much larger. Being a hot day, I thought my four legged friends might enjoy some water and doggie art. Fortunately none of them took the hydrant too literally!
