Rest, Ice, Pizza, Elevation. That's just what the doctor ordered for my very sore ankle as a result of a nasty tumble on the slopes. Swelling is going down minute by minute, mood is going up at the same progression. Nice to have a friends in the neighbourhood, relatively speaking, who will take you in and give you the spa treatment.

R.I.P.E.
