So I spent the morning skiing in a blizzard, freezing my buns off, no visibility, trying to get a sense of the Three Valleys. I may as well have been skiing Collingwood, except the runs were longer, and steeper. So, cold and in need of nourishment I stopped at a hillside restaurant. Table clothes, and candles should have been a tip off. But I was cold and my glasses had fogged up. So I ordered a soup, and a glass of wine. Soup: $18. Wine $11. Bread: Free. And I thought Val'Disere was expensive.
