Blog Entry #1,000

This was a night shot, without flash, of the old Crested Butte City hall which is now an art gallery and bus station. It was taken mostly for my grandson, Brody, who loves seeing the moon. On this particular night, the moon was extremely bright. Someone on the bus said that the brightness was unusual and was due to the moon's orbit bringing it closer to the earth than normal.

This is blog #1000 and I suppose it should be something more memorable. For the moment it will have to do. Since the above picture was taken for Brody, I will add a recent one of him enjoying the relatively mild weather in Toronto last week.
