The Osprey

One of the wildlife highlights this summer, aside from the bears, was this Osprey. At first, some people thought it was a bald eagle. However a close-up revealed that it was an Osprey which made sense since the nest is in a swamp, close to Lake Joseph. The baby hatched, grew, and now I’m not sure if this is the baby of the mother/father. It will be interesting to see if it returns next year.
