Sold

House prices on our street have gone crazy in the last year. Regularly now, houses are listing for well over a million dollars, and quickly selling. Right now, there is a house listed for 1.6 million and I suspect it won’t last long before it's sold. The strong market bodes well for the sellers but as a resident I realize that my taxes will go up due to the increase in market value. I also feel glad that I am living here now because I would never be able to afford the neighbourhood if I was looking to buy.
