Bursting the Bubble

I don't know why bubble wrap hasn't been marketed as a toy for children, or a stress reliever for adults. My grandson will spend endless time popping bubbles, totally ignoring the more sophisticated toys around his house. I even have a bubble wrap game in my iPad but it isn't nearly as satisfying as the real thing.
